The Architect/Project Manager will oversee the entire construction project life cycle, including schematic design, construction document, specifications and construction administration. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a group of talented and innovative architecture, engineering and real estate professionals in a fun and energizing work environment. You will manage client accounts, consultant teams, and overall project coordination. The Architect/Project Manager will initiate internal plan reviews/comments, conduct client design meetings, and coordinate municipal permit approvals.

Goldmark Design and Development provides extensive architectural design and development services, including master planning, preliminary site layouts, cost estimating, detailed architectural plans, city permitting, construction bidding, and much more. Our team strives to offer our clients expertise in all aspects of the design and development process. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a group of talented and innovative architecture, engineering and real estate professionals in a creative and energizing work environment.

Starting salary $80,000 or more based on experience.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree of Architecture from an accredited college/university preferred
• 3 years of related architectural experience with a focus on construction documentation preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud, MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) preferred
• Experience in commercial office, retail, multi-family and industrial projects preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; pride themselves on providing the highest quality solutions to our clients
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Motivated team player with team attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to take direction and lead with minimal supervision
• Responsible for researching and applying knowledge of state and local codes
