As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Assist with all administrative functions of the company; answer and direct phones, data entry, check processing, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, process daily mail and provide information by answering client questions and requests.
- Assist customer service team with document retrieval and preparation and other projects as needed.
- Assist with in-house collections efforts
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our database
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and process orders
