Customer Support Specialist

Location: Integrity Insurance Solutions; Inwood, WV

Integrity Insurance Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective clients and policyholders. We are a rapidly growing independent insurance agency specializing in all aspects of P&C and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide new policy proposals to prospective clients with a main focus on personal lines.
• Assist existing clients of all lines in servicing of their policies to include policy changes, claims, billing issues, and general questions.
• Following up on leads via phone, email, or text.
• Assists with Social Media posting.
• Assists with general office duties to include maintaining a clean and professional office space, filing, mailing, and organizing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred for this position.
• Knowledge of insurance products and policies is preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty producer license required.
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Sales experience a major plus.
• Ability to use computer programs to include Microsoft office as well as our agency management system.

Compensation and benefits

• $18-$25 hourly plus potential for bonuses

• 9am-5pm Monday through Friday work schedule with paid lunch breaks.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
