DescriptionSAIC is seeking an IT Security Admin Associate in Middletown, RI.
JOB DUTIES:
- Work onsite, alongside a small team, to troubleshoot and solve daily Information Technology issues with enclave assets and development systems.
- Artifact gathering will also be required, reporting results back to the Cybersecurity team to ensure all systems remain in compliance.
- Work to patch, maintain and address IT issues as they arise.
- Learn and ensure IT systems are compliant with current security standards, and work to solve daily problems with Information Technology assets.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor's and 0 years of experience with the desire to learn and grow in the Cyber Security/Information Technology field. Additional years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to learn how to troubleshoot Information Technology issues with minimal guidance.
- Willing to become 8570 Level II Certified (CompTIA Security ) within 12 months.
- Willing to earn Microsoft Windows certification (Windows Server 2022) within 12 months.
