Duties:
- Manage and maintain our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic traffic
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) to update and publish website content
- Work with designers and developers to implement new features and functionality on the website
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website
- Utilize Adobe software to create engaging visuals and graphics for the website
- Conduct conversion optimization tests to improve user engagement and increase conversions
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that website content is compelling and aligned with brand messaging

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for website customization and enhancements
- Knowledge of Adobe software for graphic design purposes
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
