    Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Website Strategy Product Owner within our Marketing & Communications Department.

    This role is hybrid requiring some days onsite in our Lincoln, RI corporate campus. 

    The Website Strategy Product Owner will be responsible for improving and optimizing Amica.com by managing the product backlog and partnering with our development team to achieve our goals. This role will be responsible for prioritizing Amica.com work and ensuring deliverables meet business and user requirements and needs - you’ll be the linchpin between our development team and stakeholders, ensuring that our Amica.com vision is realized through excellent execution. You will manage the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize features that deliver the most value to our users. The Website Strategy Product Owner will support evolving Amica.com into a strategic asset for lead generation and engagement with our audiences. The ideal candidate is user-focused and passionate about building excellent user experiences that deliver value and outcomes and has a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge. The Website Strategy Product Owner will collaborate directly with several internal and external partners to deliver best in class and comprehensive website experiences and solutions that increase awareness, improve engagement and drive conversions. This role will be focused on driving continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities through data and insights.

    Position Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage the backlog for Amica.com by scoping and prioritizing work for the development team, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.
    • Influence the overall vision of Amica.com through strong partnerships.
    • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and create solutions that are aligned with website goals and objectives.
    • Define clear and detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
    • Manage user stories and product specs, and review completed user stories to ensure that they fit the brief.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding Amica.com development requests.
    • Mitigate roadblocks impacting team completion of tasks.
    • Assist in making sure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the Amica brand.
    • Contribute to the personalization strategy on Amica.com.
    • Create website solutions that are connected to the end-to-end user journey.
    • Monitor website traffic and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
    • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.

    Position Requirements:

    • 6 years in digital or website management roles, preferably in the financial services space.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the digital space.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • A problem-solver mindset with a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
    • Inclusive leader with proven project/program management experience.
    • Strong attention to detail with a quality assurance mindset.
    • Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities.
    • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
    • Experience working with:
      • CMS platforms, specifically Adobe Experience Manager
      • JIRA or similar project management software
      • Analytics tool, specifically Adobe Analytics
      • Martech tools for testing, personalization, etc.
    • Good understanding of SEO best practices.
    • Knowledge of development, design, security, and maintenance best practices.
    • Ability to analyze website metrics and make data-backed decisions.
    • Experience with content management practices – planning, execution, publishing, testing/QA, and reporting.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
