Front Office Administrator for a Psychologist office who has 2 year plus of Medical Office experience. Duties include: manage the front office, patients, and assist clinical staff; manage patient files and information; assist with phones and scheduling • adhere to all HIPAA and insurance regulations; and other duties as assigned. Must be well spoken, mature, energetic, creative, polite, organized, detail oriented, reliable and good with children. This job requires you to be able to multitask. Salary based on prior experience.

Qualifications Needed: Strong references, Good communicator; Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel; Superb Computer skills; Aptitude to meet deadlines; Work effectively on team.
