This position is responsible for overseeing all of Clinical Services for each facility. This position will help us oversee all Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. The purpose of this position is to provide clinical support and guidance to the Directors of Nursing each of the assigned centers. This will include being a resource for administrative needs, creating strategic initiatives, developing systems, and ensuring outstanding nursing care.
