Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
• Verify insurance and demographic data
• Handle scheduling tasks
• Perform data entry operations
• Send and receive documents via fax and email
• Manage and maintain customer relationship management tools
• Communicate with external organizations via phone, email, and fax
• Find and organize marketing events such as community family nights and Health fairs
• Obtain and manage leads and referrals from the community

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Proven Exceptional Customer Service experience
• Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers/caregivers
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Proactive with a commitment to excellence in your work
• Ability to work in a performance-based setting
• Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and or evolve as we grow!

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
