Wellness Manager - Corporate Wellness (TX)

The Position:

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Wellness Manager oversees the general operations of a Corporate Wellness site, while providing leadership, staff development, program quality & development, and membership retention & growth. Must maintain high personal standards and adhere to and carry out the mission of Greater Midland.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of Wellness Center
• Build collaborative relationship with client
• Lead and develop staff, volunteers, and contractors
• Develop and manage budget & revenue sources
• Program development and execution
• Membership promotion
• Marketing – memberships and programs
• Tracking and reporting month data metrics
• Build and support an effective work environment
• Teach and cultivate Greater Midland’s core values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Exercise Science/Health Fitness
• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required in staff leadership/development & wellness program management
• Strong RecTrac skills
• Experience with website management and social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
