Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The ideal candidate must have excellent typing and grammar skills, have the ability to multi task and perform legal administrative tasks in a fast paced setting. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of workers’ compensation experience, electronic filing with courts and be proficient with Microsoft applications.
