Starting Pay Rate: $20.00
Full Time or Part Time: Full Time
Standard Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: Shift starts between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM MT
Schedule Type: Hybrid, Remote

Responsibilities:

As a workforce analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert regarding workforce management processes, procedures, phone system operations and workflow management. You will be responsible for not only scheduling and task assignment but will assist with developing and creating workforce procedures for a growing company. You will also produce and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide the organization information for future decision making. Additionally, this role will support leadership by identifying risks and opportunities in service levels and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and three years of customer relations/service experience; or any combination of education, professional training, or work experience that demonstrates ability to do the job.
• Experience using computers and PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience analyzing and interpreting data.
